Workplace Injury Care At The Spinal Studio
A workplace injury can affect far more than your ability to do your job. It can interfere with your movement, sleep, confidence and everyday life.
Our physiotherapists, osteopaths and chiropractors assess your injury, explain what is contributing to your symptoms and develop a care and rehabilitation plan around your work requirements and recovery goals.
Your care may include:
- A comprehensive injury assessment
- A clear working diagnosis
- Hands-on care
- Mobility and movement rehabilitation
- Strength and conditioning
- Advice about safely remaining active
- Work-specific rehabilitation
- A personalised home exercise program
- Communication with your wider care team
Our focus is helping you take an active role in your recovery and build the capacity required to return to work safely.

Care must relate to the accepted workplace injury and remain clinically appropriate under the relevant scheme.
WorkSafe Victoria
Eligible workers with an accepted WorkSafe claim may access physiotherapy, osteopathy or chiropractic for their workplace injury.
A medical referral is generally not required to begin care with these physical treatment professions. Your practitioner must be appropriately registered with WorkSafe.
WorkSafe generally funds only one physical treatment discipline at a time for the same injury. If you are already receiving physiotherapy, osteopathy, chiropractic or another physical treatment, tell our team before booking.
Your practitioner may communicate with your:
- GP or other doctors
- Employer
- WorkSafe agent
- Return to work coordinator
- Case manager
- Other relevant health professionals
Ongoing Certificates of Capacity may also be completed by eligible physiotherapists, osteopaths and chiropractors in Victoria. The initial certificate must ordinarily be completed by a medical practitioner.
WorkCover Queensland
Our Caboolture team can support eligible Queensland workers with approved workplace injury claims.
WorkCover Queensland may pay reasonable and medically necessary care and rehabilitation costs relating to an accepted workplace injury.
Queensland has different referral, approval and certification requirements from Victoria. A work capacity certificate must be provided by an authorised medical professional; allied health practitioners cannot ordinarily issue it.
Contact our Caboolture team with your claim details so we can confirm the relevant requirements before care begins.
