Recovery
We understand the importance of switching off and taking a break. Routine body maintenance is what lets you keep performing. Our recovery spaces run cryotherapy, sauna and NormaTec compression, whether you are taking recovery to the next level or just want somewhere quiet.

What The Spaces Are For
Switch off and recharge
Take an hour out of your week to reset, whether you train hard or you just need the quiet.
Recover between sessions
Routine body maintenance so you can keep performing at your best.
Open to non-clients
You do not have to be booked in with a practitioner to use the recovery spaces.

What To Expect
We listen first. You tell us what happened, what you have tried and what you want to get back to.
Then we assess properly and show you what we find as we go, in language that makes sense outside a consult room.
You leave with a plan mapped backwards from your goal, and the one or two things worth starting this week.
Benefits of Hot and Cold
- Cold
- Exposure to extreme cold improves your ability to regulate cortisol, which can reduce feelings of anxiety, improve sleep and reduce fatigue.
- Compression
- The NormaTec compression system increases blood flow so your muscles and tissue absorb more nutrients after hard training.
- Heat
- Saunas are a good tool to reduce inflammation and improve sleep quality.

Cold therapy
Cryotherapy exposes you to subzero temperatures for better cognitive balance. Recovery driven by technology and backed by science.
